This Pre-Information Form is provided so that you are informed about the essential terms of your purchase before you place an order on ANGELS PASSION (www.angelspassion.com). By confirming your order you acknowledge that you have read and understood this form.
The type, quantity, colour, size, model and sale price of the goods subject to your order are as shown on the order summary screen at the time the order is placed and in the order confirmation e-mail. The main characteristics of each product are published on its product detail page. This information is valid while the campaign lasts and while stocks last.
Payments are processed through the secure payment providers offered on the site (credit/debit card with 3D Secure verification, or bank transfer). Card details are never stored on our servers.
Goods are delivered to the address you provide during checkout within the statutory maximum period of 30 days. Dispatch times are stated on the relevant product detail page.
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason and without incurring a penalty. To exercise this right, notify us in writing within that period at [email protected] or by phone at +905061461923. Important: for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel whose protective packaging or hygiene strip has been removed cannot be returned.
You may send any request, complaint or objection regarding your order to [email protected]. You may also refer the dispute to the consumer arbitration or consumer court bodies competent at your place of residence.
This form is recorded electronically together with your order confirmation and is sent to you attached to the order confirmation e-mail. You can access your order details at any time from My Account → My Orders.
