Material and Care

The straps are faux leather with a reflective white coating bonded to the surface, roughly 2.5cm wide across the chest and waist pieces. The coating is what reflects camera flash and direct light; it can dull slightly if the harness is folded at the same crease repeatedly, so storing it flat rather than rolled keeps the finish sharper for longer. Clean the reflective harness with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry away from direct heat; do not machine wash, iron, or tumble dry, since heat can crack the reflective coating.
