How do I return an item?

1. Open the request. Go to your orders, select the order and start a return request. If you cannot reach that screen, email [email protected] with your order number.
2. Prepare the items. Original box, packaging, hygiene seal and tags must be complete and undamaged; the item must be unworn, untried and unwashed.
3. Include the order reference. A printed invoice is not required, but a note with the order number inside the parcel lets us match it immediately.
4. Ship it. Return shipping details are sent to you once the request is approved.
5. Inspection. On arrival the item is inspected against the hygiene and resaleability requirements, and you are told the outcome.
6. Refund. Approved returns are refunded to the card used for payment.

Do not ship anything before opening a request. Parcels that cannot be matched to an order take much longer to process.

On international returns, declare the parcel as a return of goods on the customs form — a parcel declared as a new sale can incur import charges on our side and delay the refund.
