Are the products authentic?

The products we sell are from our own catalogue, with supply and production we know. We do not sell counterfeit or second-hand goods.

Each product page carries the material information and, where applicable, a product code. That information matches the label supplied with the item.

About branding

Part of the catalogue is our own production. Those items carry no other company's logo or name — the product is presented exactly as described on its page.

If an item does not match its description — a different material, for example — that falls under faulty goods: do not use it, photograph it and tell us. You have a right to a replacement or a refund and the return shipping is not yours. See faulty item.
