Into your account — buyers pay you through your own channels, never through us.
Does every setup get the same discount?
No — your discount off our list price grows with your setup: 25% as a Standard Dealer and 35% on both XML Dealer and the Free Website tier once you fund your account with $5,000 (the Free E-Commerce Website tier). Anything you charge above your dealer price is profit.
Who decides the retail price?
You alone. There is no imposed commission; the markup is entirely your call.
Is holding inventory required?
Not at all. Production, warehousing and per-order shipping at dealer rates all stay with us and our partner ateliers.
Can I sell on marketplaces like Etsy or Amazon?
Absolutely. Dealers trade on their own sites, on marketplaces and across social media. Pair it with the XML feed and catalog, pricing and stock look after themselves.
How fast is delivery?
From local depots, 3–5 days across Europe and the US; Türkiye and the rest of the world are covered too, with customs and VAT handled by us.
How does the $1,000/year XML Dealer program work?
Once a year you load $1,000 onto your dealer balance to keep the feed live. The entire amount remains yours to spend on merchandise during the year; only an unspent year-end remainder converts into the feed's service fee.
How does the $5,000 account payment work?
You fund your dealer account with $5,000 and it stays there as balance you draw on for stock — it is not a fee. Your discount stays at 35% off list price; what the deposit really buys is a full e-commerce website of your own, hosted free for twelve months and wired straight into our catalog — prices and stock update themselves, with no feed or manual work to think about. Rather stay on your own site? Then keep it — your XML feed continues and your discount is still 35%; the website is a bonus, never an obligation.
What is your return policy?
Hygiene rules exclude intimate apparel from returns — make that clear to your buyers. Defective or wrong items are always swapped at our expense.
What if I stop ordering for a while?
A dealer account with no purchases for 60-90 days is paused until your next order. Nothing is deleted — the first new order brings it back.
