Is the parcel discreet?

Yes. Every order ships in discreet packaging: nothing on the outside of the parcel reveals what is inside.

What that means in practice

• The outer packaging carries no product name, product image or category.
• There is no imagery suggesting lingerie or the adult category.
• Items are wrapped in an opaque inner layer so nothing is visible through the packaging.

This is not something you have to request — it is applied by default on every order. There is no need to add a note.

Whoever takes delivery — a family member, a neighbour, an office reception — sees an ordinary parcel.
