How do I keep my account secure?

Account security depends largely on your password. A few practical rules:

• Use a unique password. Do not reuse one from another site — a breach elsewhere would give access here too.
• Make it long: at least 8 characters, mixing letters and numbers.
• Sign out on shared devices and do not let the browser store the password.
• Never share your password — including with us. We will never ask for it.

If something looks wrong

1. Change your password immediately.
2. Check your orders for anything you did not place.
3. Report it to [email protected].

Card details are never stored on our servers, so an account compromise does not expose your card (see payment security). Payments still require your bank's 3D Secure step.
