Is there a warranty on the products?

Textile and intimate apparel are not sold with a fixed-term warranty certificate the way electronics are. What applies instead are your rights in respect of goods that are not as described or not fit for purpose.

Counts as a defect

• Open seams, detached hardware or holes present on delivery
• The item differing from its description (wrong material, wrong colour, missing part)
• A production fault that appears on first use

Does not count as a defect

• Normal wear and stretching through use
• Deformation or fading caused by incorrect washing or drying
• Strain or tearing caused by wearing the wrong size

If you find a defect, do not use the item, photograph it and tell us; a replacement or refund follows.
