How do payment and delivery work on wholesale orders?

Wholesale orders run outside the retail checkout flow.

Payment

• Payment is normally taken by bank transfer; account details are sent with the order confirmation. (Bank transfer is not offered on retail orders.)
• The invoice is issued to your company; tax registration details are required.
• For established dealers, settlement against an account balance can be arranged (see store credit).

Delivery

• Preparation time depends on quantity and product group and is confirmed with the order.
• Shipping is by courier or contracted freight depending on volume; your own forwarder can also collect.
• The retail shipping table and free-shipping thresholds do not apply to wholesale — freight is quoted separately.

Return and exchange terms also differ from retail and are set out in writing with the order confirmation: retail withdrawal rights are consumer rights, whereas a commercial purchase is governed by the agreement between the parties.
