How long does delivery take?

Total time has two parts: preparation (see dispatch time) and transit, which depends on your destination zone.

Transit time is set by the carrier and the destination country's postal/customs handling, so we do not publish a fixed number of days per country — a promise we cannot control would not help you. Your tracking page shows the carrier's own estimate once the parcel is scanned.

What commonly extends transit

• Customs clearance in the destination country — the single biggest variable on international orders
• Remote or rural delivery addresses
• Public holidays and peak seasons in either country
• Incomplete address or an unreachable phone number

Follow the parcel using tracking. If the tracking has not moved for several business days, see my shipment is delayed.
