I forgot my password

To reset it:

1. Click "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen.
2. Enter the email address registered to the account.
3. Follow the link in the email and set a new password.

If the reset email does not arrive

• Check spam / junk.
• Make sure you are using the address you registered with; a different address receives nothing.
• If somebody else placed the order (a partner, a friend), the account belongs to them and the reset goes to their address. You can still follow the order through order tracking with the order number and email.

Reset links expire. If yours has expired, start the process again — the old link will not work.
