Can I change the email address on my account?

Yes. Because the email address identifies your account, the change requires verification.

Update it from your account; a verification link is sent to the new address and the change completes when you click it.

If you no longer have access to the old address

Email [email protected] with:

• The old email address
• The new email address
• At least one order number placed on that account

The order number is how we confirm the account is really yours. We do not change an account email without it — otherwise somebody else could take over your account.

After the change, order notifications, invoices and password resets go to the new address. Emails already delivered to the old address are not moved.
