Can I delete my account and my data?

Yes. You may request erasure of your personal data.

Send the request from the email address registered on the account to [email protected]. Sending it from the registered address is how we confirm the request comes from the account holder.

Data that cannot be erased

Some records must be retained because the law requires it:

• Invoices and accounting records, for the period prescribed by tax rules
• Transaction records held by the payment institution
• Customs declarations for cross-border shipments, where retention is required

These are kept solely to meet those obligations and are not used for marketing or profiling.

If you only want the emails to stop

You do not need to delete your account: the unsubscribe link at the foot of any marketing email is enough, and it does not affect order notifications.

After deletion you can register again with the same address, but the previous order history will not be reattached. Full details: privacy policy.
