What is written on the shipping label?
Last updated: 2026-08-20
A shipping label must legally carry sender details so the parcel can be transported. The label shows:
- Your name, address and phone number
- Our registered company name and address as sender
- The carrier's tracking number and barcode
What the label does NOT show: product name, product code, category or any wording that suggests the contents. Someone looking at the label cannot tell what you ordered.
The sender name shown is Temek Online Satış Tekstil Tic. Ltd. Şti. — a commercial company name that does not suggest lingerie or the adult category.
International parcels and customs
Cross-border shipments require a customs declaration, which states a goods description and value as required by customs rules. This is a legal requirement of international shipping and cannot be omitted; the description used is a general apparel classification rather than a product name.
If you would rather nobody else handles the parcel, you can collect it yourself — see collecting in person.
