Who can see my order history?

Your order history is visible only from your own account. Your orders cannot be opened without signing in.

On our side, access is limited to the staff who prepare orders and provide support, and only to the extent the work requires.

If you share a device

• Sign out when you are finished — particularly on shared computers.
• Do not let the browser save the password.
• You can shop in a private / incognito window.

Checking an order without signing in

Ordering requires an account, but tracking does not: order tracking works with an order number and email. On a shared device this lets you check status without opening a session.
