Can I cancel my order?

Yes — as long as your order has not been dispatched.

Send your order number to [email protected], or message +905061461923 on WhatsApp (weekdays 09:00-18:00, GMT+3). We check whether the parcel has already been packed and confirm back to you.

How the refund is issued

The refund is returned to the card used for payment. How quickly it appears on your statement depends on your bank; on credit cards it may land on the following statement period.

After dispatch

Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, this becomes a return rather than a cancellation. Intimate apparel has hygiene restrictions, so read returning intimate apparel before sending anything back.

If the parcel is already in transit and you no longer want it, refusing delivery is usually the cleanest route: the shipment returns to us and we process the refund. Tell us if you do this so we can watch for the parcel.
