How do I check my order status?

There are three ways:

1. Your account: your orders lists every order and its current status.
2. Order tracking: order tracking works with an order number and email address, without signing in.
3. Email: you are notified when the order is placed, when it is prepared and when it ships. The shipping email carries the tracking number.

What the statuses mean

• Preparing: payment approved, the parcel is being packed.
• Shipped: handed to the carrier, tracking number issued.
• Delivered: the carrier has completed delivery.

Statuses on international orders

Between Shipped and Delivered a cross-border parcel also passes through export handling, an inbound scan in your country and customs clearance. Those steps appear on the carrier's tracking page rather than as order statuses here, so an order can sit at Shipped while the parcel is in fact moving.
