Orders & Payment
My payment failed — was I charged?
Son güncelleme: 2026-08-20
When a payment fails, no charge is taken. Some banks do place a temporary authorisation hold on the amount. That is not a charge and it is normally released automatically within a few business days, according to your bank's rules.
Common reasons a payment fails
- The 3D Secure step was not completed, or the code timed out
- The card is not enabled for online or international purchases
- Insufficient limit, or the bank flagged the transaction as risky
- Card number, expiry date or CVC entered incorrectly
What to do
- Check order tracking or your orders to see whether an order was actually created.
- If no order exists, you can safely try again with the same cart.
- If it keeps failing, try a different card, or ask your bank whether international e-commerce is enabled on that card.
If you see a charge but no order, email [email protected] with a screenshot; we will check the payment institution's records and get back to you.
