Can I add an item to an order I already placed?

Items cannot be added to an order once it exists. There are two ways forward:

1. Place a second order

This is the fastest route. Note that shipping is charged per shipment, so a second order is charged its own shipping unless the orders are combined.

2. Ask us to combine them

If the first order has not been dispatched, we can often ship both together. Send both order numbers to [email protected] or WhatsApp +905061461923. When a combination is possible, shipping charged on the second order is refunded.

Combination is not always possible — if the first parcel is already packed it ships separately.

I want to change the size or colour instead

Before dispatch, a size or colour change can usually be made. Send your order number, the current variant and the one you want. After dispatch it becomes an exchange — see how to exchange.
