Can I cancel instead of returning?

Yes, if the order has not shipped yet. Cancelling before dispatch is always better than returning after delivery — no shipping is spent in either direction and no hygiene question arises.

Send your order number to [email protected] or WhatsApp +905061461923 as soon as you decide. We check whether the parcel has been packed and confirm.

Once it has shipped

• Refuse delivery. The parcel comes back to us unopened and we refund it. This is usually the cleanest option on international orders — and because the packaging is never opened, hygiene exclusions do not arise.
• Accept and return. Then the normal return rules apply, including the hygiene exclusions and return shipping cost.

Tell us if you intend to refuse delivery so we can watch for the parcel; an unannounced refusal can sit at a depot for weeks before it starts its journey back.
