Why was my return rejected?

Returned items are inspected on arrival. The usual reasons for rejection:

• Hygiene seal opened on an item in the excluded categories (see non-returnable items).
• Signs of use: worn, tried on against the skin, washed or ironed.
• Odour transfer: perfume, detergent or body odour on the fabric.
• Tags or security seals removed or damaged.
• Missing packaging: original box or protective elements absent or damaged.
• Outside the window: notification sent after the 14-day cooling-off period.

When a return is not accepted the item is sent back to you with the reason. We do not keep it.

If you disagree with the assessment — for example you believe the item arrived faulty — reply with your order number and photographs to [email protected] and we will review the case again.
