Returns, Exchange & Cancellation
Can I return something I received as a gift?
Son güncelleme: 2026-08-20
Returns run through the account that placed the order, because the contract and the payment belong to that person.
Two routes:
- The buyer opens the request. Simplest — the refund goes back to the card used for payment.
- Ask for an exchange instead. If the item qualifies (unopened seal), a size or colour exchange avoids money moving back to someone else — see how to exchange.
A refund cannot be redirected to a different person. It returns to the card that was charged; that is a payment-rules requirement, not a preference.
If discretion matters, tell us — we can handle the correspondence by order number without naming the product. Parcels are in any case shipped so that the contents are not identifiable from the outside (see discreet packaging).
Remember the 14-day window runs from delivery, so a gift held until an occasion may already be outside it — see cooling-off period.
