How long do I have to return an item?

You have a 14 calendar day cooling-off period. It begins on the day that you — or a third party you designate, other than the carrier — physically receive the package.

Notifying us within 14 days is what preserves the right. The item does not have to be back with us inside that window; what matters is that your request is sent before the period expires.

• by emailing [email protected] with your order number.

The clock runs from delivery, not from the order date — relevant on international shipments where transit can take a while. The delivery date is on your tracking page.

Meeting the deadline does not by itself mean the return is accepted. The item must also meet the hygiene and resaleable condition requirements — see returning intimate apparel.
