Which items cannot be returned?

The right of withdrawal is excluded for the following once the hygiene seal, protective packaging or security tag has been opened or tampered with after delivery:

• Intimate apparel and briefs
• Bodysuits
• Harnesses
• Body accessories worn in direct contact with the skin

If those protective elements are intact, the item can still be returned within the cooling-off period.

Also not accepted

Regardless of the seal, items that have been worn, tried on against the skin, washed or soiled are not accepted. Returned goods are inspected and failing items are sent back.

The exception to the exception

If an item is faulty, or the wrong item was sent, hygiene exclusions do not apply — see faulty item. You keep your rights in respect of goods that are not as described.

Made-to-measure or personalised items are produced to your specification and are also outside the withdrawal right; this is agreed before production starts (see custom orders).
