Can I change my delivery address?

It depends on the stage of the order.

Before dispatch

Yes. Send your order number and the new address to [email protected] or WhatsApp +905061461923. If the parcel is still being prepared we update it.

After dispatch

We can no longer change it — the shipment is with the carrier. Two options remain:

• Contact the carrier with your tracking number and request a redirect. Within the same city this is often possible; cross-border redirects usually are not.
• Ask for the parcel to be held at a depot or pickup point and collect it.

If the address was wrong or incomplete, delivery fails and the parcel returns to us — see delivery failed. On international shipments a returned parcel can take weeks, so it is worth checking the address carefully before ordering.
