When do I get free shipping?

Free shipping applies in some destination zones once your cart passes that zone's threshold. Zone 1 (Central and Western Europe) is $100 and Zone 4 is $1,000. In Zones 2 and 3 (Southern Europe, the Balkans and North America) a threshold exists but its level varies, and Zones 5-9 have no threshold at all.

The cart is the authority. Select your country at checkout and the exact threshold — and how far you are from it — is shown there. We deliberately do not print a single figure here, because it would be wrong for part of the world.

How the threshold is calculated

• Only the items total counts.
• If a discount code is applied, the discounted total is assessed.
• The shipping charge itself is not counted.

Still seeing a shipping charge?

Free shipping is applied through your account. Browsing the cart without signing in can still show the charge; it clears once you sign in — and signing in is required to order anyway (see do I need an account).

If you return part of an order and the remaining total drops below the threshold, free shipping is not charged back retroactively.
