Do you offer cash on delivery?

No. Payment is taken at checkout by card.

Why

• Cash on delivery is not offered by carriers on most cross-border routes.
• Where it exists, the carrier charges an additional handling fee that would be reflected in prices for everyone.
• It requires a payment conversation at the door, which sits badly with our discreet packaging.

If you are cautious about paying by card

Every card payment is verified by your own bank through 3D Secure, and your card details are never stored on our servers. See payment security.

Note that duties may still be collected at the door by customs on international orders — that is separate from the order payment (see customs and duties).
