Do you deliver at weekends?

Delivery days follow the carrier's schedule in your country. Some carriers deliver on Saturdays; most do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

On our side, parcels are prepared on business days (see dispatch time). An order placed on Friday afternoon is dispatched on Monday.

If you cannot receive parcels on weekdays

• Use your workplace address for delivery — the parcel is discreet, so this raises no issue (see discreet packaging).
• Once tracking is active, ask the carrier to hold the parcel at a depot or pickup point and collect it when convenient.
• Many carriers let you reschedule delivery from the tracking page.

Missed deliveries usually end with the parcel waiting at a local point; if it is not collected in time it is returned — see delivery failed.
